Frank will help lead Virginia’s USA Games swimmers in Minnesota this June. He has been involved with the Special Olympics organization since 2017. In addition to swimming, he has coached Special Olympics basketball and soccer. Being involved with the Special Olympics has provided meaning and purpose to Frank’s retirement years. The connection to a wonderful community of athletes, their parents, and fellow coaches has greatly enhanced his life. For him, it has been the perfect retirement project and he continually works to hone his coaching to bring out the best in every athlete.
